About After School

Welcome to Camp Wieuca’s After School Program! Our program offers homework help, snack, and a variety of indoor/outdoor activities modeled after our summer camp program. We provide transportation from school to our campus on Church at Wieuca. Our campus includes a gym, playfield, blacktop, grassy area, classrooms, STEM room, as well as various activity rooms for games and crafts. After School Staff Application

Our licensing does not allow for Pre-K students — no exceptions
Monday – Friday
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Choose either part-time or full-time registration, as daily pricing will no longer be offered beginning in Fall 2026. The option you select will determine your tuition rate for the entire semester. Families may request a change for the second semester. Tuition is not prorated for missed days due to sports, clubs, or illness, and will only be adjusted when Camp Wieuca is closed.

  • Part time attendance (2-3 days per week) – $75 per week
  • Full time attendance (4-5 days per week) – $105 per week
  • Siblings receive $5 off per week
  • One-time $50 registration fee per child
  • A $50 supplies fee per family will be charged each semester

  • Any homework they need to complete. Should your camper have computer assignments, please provide their log-in information in order for us to best assist them. You can either print this information and keep it in the front of their homework folder or email it to Camp@wieuca.org so it does not get lost. We do have a limited number of Chromebooks available to use as needed. Campers will need to provide their own headphones.
  • Closed-toe shoes and activewear. Campers will play in our gym and outside areas depending on the weather.
  • Snack is provided. Should your campers bring any food from home, please be aware that we have a peanut ingredient-free policy.
  • Water bottles (labeled). We do have disposable cups and water coolers available as well.
  • Please do not bring any toys, equipment, stuffed animals, trading cards, etc. as these items often get lost or become a distraction in the classroom.
  • Our staff will check in your child as they load the bus and again when they arrive at camp. If it is necessary for your child to arrive at camp late, please call the front desk at 404-467-4252.
  • If your child will not be attending on any given day for which he or she is expected, it is imperative that you e-mail us at Camp@wieuca.org or call us at 404-467-4252 and inform us of the absence by 1:00 PM. We also ask that you inform the school of any schedule changes to avoid confusion.
  • Drop off and pick up is at front desk of the Activities Center. If someone other than a parent or guardian is picking up, please contact Camp Wieuca via email at Camp@wieuca.org. Include the pick up person’s full name and advise them to bring a photo ID.
  • Depending on the school, campers arrive at camp between 2:45-3:15 PM. Pick up is available any time after their arrival until 6:00 PM.
  • If you will be late to pick up, you must call the front desk at 404-467-4252 and let us know your ETA. Plan to park in front of the Activity Center (gym).
  • Pick up is considered late after 6:00 PM. A charge of $5 per child for every five minutes, or fraction thereof, after 6:00 PM., will be charged to your account. We reserve the right to increase this fee for anyone who is consistently late.
