Realm is an online ministry tool designed for real time connection. It helps our church connect with you and you connect with us. You’ll love it if you consider yourself part of this church family. Realm allows you to manage your personal information and who can see it, control your giving, stay informed about church events, and keep in touch with the groups that matter to you.
Realm Strengthens Church Connections
Being the church doesn’t just happen at the church. Realm helps us serve you better and leads this church well between Sundays. Everyone can be connected from anywhere at any time, right from our mobile devices. It engages everyone in the life of our church by supporting the healthy relationships essential to our church’s mission. We’ll stay organized, and you’ll stay informed about all of the opportunities for fellowship. When we share life together, we will grow together.
Realm is Safe, Private, and Secure.
Your privacy is one of our greatest concerns. Realm is only made up of the people in our church, it’s not like a social network that’s open to everyone. Realm keeps your data safe and gives you control over what information you share and who can see it.
Realm Gives You Control Over Your Giving.
Giving should be easy, and Realm places giving right in the palm of your hands. You may set up recurring gifts, view your giving history, and make changes at any time. Realm automatically records all electronic gifts and adds them to your giving record making it easy for you to give.
Update your contact info for the church.
Any groups you’re involved with are automatically updated as well.
Edit your privacy settings.
Control what info other church members and group leaders will see about you and your family members.
Register for events.
Realm remembers your info when you register yourself or family members for events.
Give online.
Among other options, this enables scheduled gifts and viewing your giving history.
Contact others in your groups.
You can chat with—or lookup contact information for—other members in your groups (subject to their privacy settings).
For those who like to use apps: DO NOT download the app until you have created your Realm account on the Internet using a valid web browser (more info below).
Your sign-in is the email address you gave the church. If you share an email address with your spouse or family, only one of you can log on at one time. If at all possible, spouses should use different email addresses.
For parents updating a child’s profile: the default setting for all children under 18 is that only Wieuca Staff and Deacons can view their contact information. We recommend you keep these privacy settings.

As an active Wieuca member you have received an email invitation to join Realm. Please check your inbox and spam folders for an email from Church at Wieuca.
Open your invitation. The email will have the subject line “[Your Name], Your Wieuca Realm Invitation…”
Click the link. Each link is unique to each person, so every person in the system will need their own email.
Follow the steps to create your account. There are a few steps to complete that the setup process will guide you through.
Download the app. The “Realm Connect” app is the easiest way to stay connected to the church. Download using the links below.
